Who owns ASPEN?

Victoria’s Secret is currently involved in a lawsuit regarding trademark rights in the name ASPEN. 
The defendant threatened suit against Victoria’s Secret, but never filed.  Victoria’s Secret now seeks a declaratory judgment for non-infringement.
